Sub : Study Circle Meeting on 23rd June, 2010

We are glad to inform that Mr. Vishal Gada, Director- Tax & Regulatory, KPMG, will lead the discussion in the Next Study Circle Meeting on “Re-organisation of Group Companies - Gifts and Contributions” in light of the AAR ruling in Amiantit International Holding Ltd. (AAR/817/2009) and the recent amendment under Section 56.

The details of the programme are as follows:

We may add that Mr. Vishal Gada has extensive hands on exposure to Re-organisation of Group Companies. We are sure that members shall benefit from his sharing of experience.

There is no fee for attend this meeting, Entry to this meeting will be restricted to 40 members of IFA – WRC only – on first come first serve basis.
