Sub : Study Circle Meeting on 06th October, 2009

We are glad to inform that Ms. Parizad Sirwalla, Partner, B S R and Co, will lead the discussion in the Next Study Circle Meeting on "Recent Tax and Regulatory Developments pertaining to Expatriates in India".

The details of the programme are as follows:

We may add that Ms. Parizad Sirwalla is with M/s. B S R & Co. and has extensive hands on exposure to Recent Tax and Regulatory Developments on expat taxation. We are sure that members shall benefit from her sharing of experience.

She shall cover issues in expat taxation ranging from amendments in Budget ’09, to DTC, to amendments to PF regulations, to Supreme Court Ruling in the case of Eli Lilly relating to TDS on expat salaries, and much more. The discussion will be of much relevance to the day to day questions our members get from their clients, and hence useful.

Entry to this meeting will be restricted to 35 members of IFA – WRC only – on first come first serve basis.
