We are glad to inform that CA Vispi T Patel will lead the discussion in the Next Study Circle Meeting on “Recent developments in tax withholding under section 195".

Topic	Judicial Anti-Avoidance Mechanisms

The Speaker will cover recent developments on TDS u/s 195 including impact of Karnataka High Court Ruling in case of Samsung, effect of section 206AA on the TDS and other recent happenings. He has extensive hands on exposure on the subject and we are privileged that he is agreed to share their experience on the subject with us. We are sure members shall benefit from his sharing of experience.
